Guests of Lock down
Before Lock down, I was lucky to come back to my own village and focus fully on the bio diversity of my locality, better to say, of my garden, backyard, water bodies around my house and small bamboo forests surrounded by these water bodies. During more than two and half month, I was fortunate enough to locate and observe the movements, behavior and a wide variety of sounds of those new guests as well as the resident birds. Some winged guests who are irregular visitors or probably rare visitors in this area. Some of them include: Jacobin Cuckoo, Lesser Whistling Duck, Booted Warbler, Blythe's Reed Warbler, Rufous Woodpecker, Pale-billed Flower-pecker, Blue-Capped Rock Thrush etc.
